Level 0
Will serve as technical support hands, handling much of the physical setup and relocation tasks, including connecting workstations and related peripherals. Equipped with basic operating system knowledge for workstation setups and capable of safely lifting up to 50 pounds from floor to desktop height.
Level 1
Will provide desktop computer “Break/Fix” support along with simple to moderately complex installations, deployments, and peripheral or device driver add/change requests. Our Level I technicians are equipped with strong client-facing and customer service skills to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
Level 2
In addition to all Level I support and service tasks, will handle problem resolution for desktop, server, and networking issues. Our Level II technicians bring advanced technical expertise along with excellent customer-facing and client communication skills.
